Eat the
weeds

"To be able to shut one's eyes to weeds is a great art."

There was a sign in Sleep Out Louie's restaurant and bar in Memphis that said, "It was a brave man who ate the first oyster."  Probably, it was a braver woman who got him to try it.  Adam didn't fall far from Eve.  Many people were fearful of red plants.  Some folks in earlier times lost their lives while learning what was edible and not, but never fear...turns out you can devour the blooms from lots of plants.  Add them to summer salads and drinks.  And, you can eat the centerpiece!
